Background Building Activities
Activity 1:
In this assignment you are to create the Cafe page for The Striped Umbrella website based on a predesigned CSS HTML5 layout. Your client has provided three files to assist you in developing this page. These files can be found under Module 10 on the Student Resources page and in the Dreamweaver student files folder. Additional information you will need can be found in your training manual on pages Dreamweaver 165 through Dreamweaver 189. Please contact your mentor using the Subject Line "Request for Help" if you need assistance. After you have tested your page and compared it to Figure G-15 on page 175 and Figure G-25 on page 183, find this assignment in your Google Classroom and select MARK AS DONE. Your mentor will preview the pages and provide feedback.
Activity 2:
In this assignment you are to create the Workshops page for Blooms and Bulbs. Your client has provided three files to assist you in developing this page. These files can be found under Module 10 on the Student Resources page and in the Dreamweaver student files folder. Additional information you will need can be found in your training manual on pages Dreamweaver 191 through Dreamweaver 193. When you are finished, test your links and compare your Workshops page to Figure G-35 found on page 193. You can also use the checklist found under Module 10 on the Student Resource Page. When you are finished, find this assignment in your Google Classroom and select MARK AS DONE. Your mentor will provide feedback. If you need assistance email your mentor using the Subject Line "Request for Help."
